I have come to a realization. I will no longer deny myself the foods that are yummy to indulge in. For awhile I wouldn’t allow myself to have that cookie or share those nachos with my friends while eating out. I’ve learned that is no way to live. Life is about having fun and doing the best you can. What’s the point in life if you don’t allow yourself to indulge in it every once in awhile. It’s all about control. Nachos with friends, you don’t have to be singled out. Instead of eating the whole plate, have 3, 4, or maybe 5 chips. As long as you use portion control, continue to exercise, and you don’t eat junk like that everyday you will be fine. You still need to eat healthy. Maybe indulge on one meal, once or maybe even a week but no more. I promise it won’t keep you from your goal. You can still be a chubby bunny on the inside and have a bangin’ body on the out.
