I am a Criminal Justice major who has dreams of going federal. I need to get fit to make that happen. This is a blog to track my progress towards my goal body. It is also a tool to motivate others. Let's get motivated so we can be healthy and fit.
Weight doesn't matter too much to me. I'm more set on just getting fit, strong, and toned.

Now that summer’s almost done, this recipe seems a tad more appealing (although it’s cheaper in the summer, I prefer wearing these masks outside. The thought of wasps/bees/bugs getting all excited to be around my face totally turns me off).

Thank you! Well I do all kinds so its hard to say really. I do a lot of running, crunches, squats, balance ball, light weights, elliptical, and other machines at the gym. Hope that helped! :)
